- Healthy Living
Through simple day-to-day lifestyle choices, we can live longer, stronger lives with greater vitality ... and fitter, shapelier bodies.
- Mind/Body Connection
We all know the concept of "mind over matter." Unfortunately, we, in the western culture, seem to have forgotten that there is also the opposite scenario, whereby the body affects/controls the mind. Here's a 9-minute excerpt, from a 90-minute seminar, on the need for a healthy body in order to have a healthy mind, a mind which performs optimally (and is less susceptible to degenerative diseases like alzheimers and dementia).
- Stop Aging
The aging process occurs much too rapidly in the U.S. and much of the Western world. Aging, after all, is a matter of choice. While we cannot turn back the hands of time to reverse our chronological age, we can stop -- and even reverse -- our physiological age. To do so, we need to challenge our bodies with regular physical activity and we need to eat healthfully.
- Blinded By Age
Too many people place limitations on themselves based merely on their chronological age. We each need to recognize one basic truth about aging: "WE DON'T STOP MOVING BECAUSE WE GET OLD ... WE GET OLD BECAUSE WE STOP MOVING!"
- Stop Aging, Start Training
Regardless of age, YOU have the potential to do the things you love all through life ... whether you're 20 or 100 years old. It all boils down to simple day-to-day lifestyle choices. It's your choice: either be a couch potato, and feel sick and tired most (or all) of the time. Or, you can choose to live with optimal health and vitality. Choose to "STOP AGING, START TRAINING!!!"
